ATTENION STUDENTS AND PARENTS
New Lesson Cancellation Policy:
24 HR (1 DAY) Notice must be given for all cancelled lessons otherwise you will be charged and billed for the lesson. The instructor is paid and waits for you whether you come or not. In order to keep our lesson rates low at the current level this policy is necessary. If a make up lesson is arranged within 1 week there will be no charge.
Advance Cancellation:
You will not be charged for the lesson as long as 24hr notice is given. A clipboard is provided to list advance cancellations for your convenience e-mail is also a great way to inform the office of cancellations. Please contact your instructor directly whenever possible. If it is not possible call the office number for 24hr voicemail.
